As the frontman and lead singer for the Grammy-winning alternative country group The Mavericks, Raul Malo is known for his magnificent voice and magnetic stage presence. Now that Malo is performing and recording as a soloist, his twangy guitar tones play a larger role in his music and that's a beautiful thing.
